I commonly use metaphors and symbolism to depict the story/painting. Things or objects from historical time and stories that have been handed down through generations.

I enjoy the freedom of creating a body of work that is symbolic and reflective in response to current affairs that encamps our world, the life we live and experiences. Events that are very personal and poetic to myself, but I'm willing to be vulnerable and share the story behind the painting.
